If i buy the $5 1 day pass can i use it on both the buses and trains?

    You can use it on buses and trains all day as many times as you want. Nice answering to a fellow Chicagoan

    you can use it as much as you like on any CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) Bus or train as well as Pace but not metra.

    Those 1 day passes are for both trains AND for buses and I am sure about it since I used about 20 of these already. They are for unlimited rides.
