Any Time Limo has a businessman special - $50 per hour for a Lincoln Town car. But they're a little more expensive: about $80 and hour for Chicago to Highland Park. But again, if getting there quickly and with the least hassle is important to you.... They like to pick up fares back to the suburbs. City cabs don't like to get stranded so far away and want to charge a return fare...empty. Here are 3 Northshore cab companies. Call before leaving to make sure they give rides from Chgo to suburbs. Suburban cabs are prohibited from picking up in Chgo unless they have been called to the location beforehand.
